Friendly guy looking for a room to rent

I'm Aaron, a 40 year old single male (although often told I look 30), I'm a self employed heating engineer running my own business. I currently live in bath, just coming to the end of a 12 month initial tenancy on a one bedroom flat. Looking for a room in a shared house to be able to make friends and save a bit of money. I am clean and tidy, respectful. I work flexible hours mainly during the daytimes, Monday to Friday. When I'm not at work I enjoy working out so I go to the gym most evenings. I enjoy going to cafes and having g coffee, and I prefer a night in watching a movie, over a night out drinking. Thanks for reading
