Looking for flatmate to rent 2 bed house with :)

Hi guys, I’m Jake, I’m 27 and I’m a full time barista at one of York’s best coffee shops.

I’m looking for one flatmate to rent a two bed house with in York from 1st August, preferably in South Bank/Bishopthorpe road area. My max budget is 800 bills inc, and I would like a tenancy of at least 6 months, preferably longer.

I would love to live with someone who works full time, is at least 23 and wants a little home, not just somewhere to sleep. I’ve included some photos of my current place so that you can see the kind of home that I would like to live in :) No preference on gender, I simply need someone who is pleasant, considerate, and appreciates a clean living space.

About myself, I am into speciality coffee, reading (60+ books a year), cooking, music and film among many other things. I have degrees in both Spanish and History from Bristol and York and am from Hertfordshire. I do have a girlfriend but I respect the idea of a two person flat share and can guarantee you will not see her more than 3 days a week.
