Seeking double room in North/NE or South London

Hiya, my name's Alex. I'm from Aotearoa NZ, but was born in London. I've been travelling for several months and am now on the hunt for a warm, clean home with people who feel more like friends than flatmates. Open to anywhere in North/East/South London, though Hackney would be ideal.

My background's in social design and I spent the last couple of years working in council housing community development, focused on urban food system resilience.

I'm keen for a fully/partially furnished room as I don't have anything beyond a backpack and small suitcase with me at this stage. Open to unfurnished spaces too. 3 months minimum any time from the end of October-mid November suits me.

I'm 27, have been flatting for 10 years, and love all things food, music, and art. I'm often making treats and meals to share if people are about, and always keen for dinner out and a gig (jazz, folk, house, afrobeat, anything!). If your place is close to a park, that's a huge bonus in my books.
