32 yr old looking for a room

I am currently looking for a room in london. I'm an easy going and friendly person, I welcome being sociable at home but I also spend a fair amount of time at work or with my family and friends. I currently work at the Uni of East London researching themes related to urban parks, trees and environmental justice/inequality, this means I'm often out on campus or at a library in town. These topics are really important to me, and I am a keen advocate for housing justice and green spaces.

I've lived in London about 14 years, and with the same landlord and flat for the last 7 so I'm confident I'm good at looking after my home and having a good relationship with landlords and flatmates. I also have a carpentry education which can come in handy, and I have a small workshop for my part time work.

I have a very sweet cat named Banjo, he is a chill guy, typically aloof but with a tonne of character.
