Hello,

I'm looking for a large room, just for me that is well connected to public transport. I need a room without a bed, that I am able to furnish myself.
It is important to me that the home is completely free of cigarettes, vapes and that communal areas are cleaned after use.
I have mild epilepsy, that is triggered by anxiety, so am naturally a calm person.
I try my best to be compassionate and reasonable and I hope to live with people of a similar nature.
I work from home and usually spend most of my free time in my own space, but would like to establish friendships with my roommates and possibly partake in group activities.
I design board games and any test-players would be welcome.
