I'm looking for a large unfurnished room for only me that is well connected to public transport.
It is important to me that communal areas are kept clean and that the home is free of cigarettes, vapes and weed.
I have mild epilepsy, that is triggered by strife, so am naturally a calm person.
I try my best to be compassionate and reasonable and I hope to live with people of a similar nature.
I work from home and usually spend my free time in my own space, however I would like to establish friendships with my roommates and possibly partake in group activities.
I design board games and any test-players would be welcome.
