Looking for someone to rent with

I am a 25 year old who works for a drugs and alcohol charity. After living in a busy house with lots of coming and going I would love a more stable house with one other person.
I am very social and would love a housemate who wants to be friends rather than just live in the same house. Although sometimes after a long day of work I just need to be left alone for a while.
I love the outdoors and am super into climbing (I come with lots of equipment) and wild swimming. But I also love a couple of drinks on a Friday night (and occasionally a cheeky trip to washy). I am quite artsy too and learned how to do gel nails properly last year.
I do come with two rabbits (happy to discuss arrangements there, they are house rabbits and litter trained, currently stay in my room).
