Friendly human looking for a new home

Currently based in Hackney/London fields & have been given notice to move from my current place due to the landlady suddenly changing our agreement

I moved to the city to pursue my dream of training to be a therapist (with research into psychedelic assisted psychotherapy)
I absolutely love living in London and would love to stay central/east.

I split my time between working freelance (often remotely if I have the space) and training to be a therapist. I also volunteer as a counsellor.

when home I’m usually relaxing & keen to adapt and work with & around others for a balanced, easy home life.
What else...
I am good at sharing space and communicate with care & clarity.
I keep any clutter to my own room,

I also love to keep a few plants around me and always have some decent coffee.

I’m tidy but not ocd

Now that I’m in my 30s, my wild party days are happily behind me, and I’m focused on personal & creative pursuits
I spend a lot of time reading, listening to podcasts, cycling around the city
or finding ways to express my joy for life (meditation, dance, pilates, music, events, art, writing, walking, cycling, talking, exploring etc)

I’m pretty happy in most situations - I can be quiet and independent but also love a good conversation, evening out.

When I’m feeling social then I’m keen for dinners, board games, chats — & generally I love cooking, eating, talking, drinking coffee

I never quite know what to say in these. I am nice (?) and I’m ideally looking for somewhere affordable to move anytime from now til late November (I have some flexibility on the move date)

I’m happy to live with mixed ages and am great with kids & pets

I adore cats so if you have one then it’s a bonus
