Looking for Room close to Centre

Hello,

I'm looking for a decent sized room in a house share with easy access to the centre (via bus or walk).
£700 bills included available form December/January.

I love baking so therellbe lots of goodies in for future flatmates 😎
I'm tidy and friendly, I like to wash up/clean up after myself as soon as I'm done using the stuff and like to socialise but I'm also happy to give privacy.

A bit more about myself is that I'm mildly obsessed with films (film degree and work in a cinema :'D) and a friendly Italian that can make a great carbonara (vegan or not).
