Professional seeking a 2 bed house/apartment

I’m a dental therapist relocating to the West Midlands in early January and I’m looking for a 1 or 2-bedroom flat or house to rent for myself. I’m a responsible tenant who values cleanliness and will take excellent care of the property. Ideally, I would prefer a furnished home with parking nearby, although I’m flexible on the parking if needed.

My budget is £500-£650 per month, but I’m open to adjusting it slightly if I find the right place. As a friendly and quiet professional, I can assure you I’ll be a hassle-free tenant.
