Looking for a room in SE London (queer, 33)

My name is Pearl (they/them) and I'm looking for a room in SE London, the sooner the better :)

A little about me:
I'm 33 and I work as a freelance florist. I'm non-binary + queer and ideally want to live with fellow queers/creatives around my age. Any pets are a bonus, I love animals!

I value open + honest communication, accountability and care. I'm looking for a warm, unmasked, chilled-out space that feels like home rather than a 24/7 party house.

I'm happy in my own company, but I also like to spend time with people I live with, particularly cooking :) I like having friends over and hosting movie nights occasionally, but I'm more often out at gigs, films and community events.

Budget:
Maximum monthly budget is ~£800-£1,000 including bills (ideally it would be *a lot* less).
