23-year-old masters student looking for flat!

Hi! I’m Beth, I’m 23 (but 24 at the end of June!), and I am looking for a place to live whilst I finish studying for my MA at Leeds Conservatoire and beyond. I have been living in the city since September but need to move out of my flat at the end of June, but my course continues into July. I am not 100% sure how long I will stay in Leeds post my course finishing, so might be able to make a shorter-term lease work! Ideally I would be looking for somewhere in LS2 or LS10 or otherwise near the Conservatoire, but I know I am looking very last min so can def be flexible!

I am very neat and tidy, and it’s important to me that my living space is consistently clean. I am sociable and friendly. I love a night out, but also like chill nights in with a film and some nice snacks. I would like to live in a space where I can socialise and hang out with my flatmates, instead of just co-existing with them.

In my spare time, I play piano and love a good book or a good Netflix series binge. I also occasionally (attempt to) bake and make a pretty good cup of tea. I have a full, clean UK drivers’ licence, and am happy to drive to big Tescos for food shops or further afield for a day out.
