I’ve just finished a master’s degree in conference interpreting – yep, I’m one of those people trying to make sense of political gibberish in multiple languages. Spoiler: it’s politics – it’s not meant to make sense!

I work from home a lot, but then have to travel as well for conferences. A room with enough space to work comfortably would be ideal.

I’m a pet lover – whether it’s a cat for cuddles, a dog to take on walks or the odd parrot to chat to, I’m up for it!

I’m a non-smoker and prefer to live in a smoke/drug free environment; not much of a “binger” be it alcohol or TV series); not a party animal. I am reserved and respect private space but also enjoy a good balance of sociability and independence. Oh, and I love to cook and bake – sharing a meal around the table is for me very much a positive perk of sharing a flat with good people.

I am multilingual and cultured. I’ve lived in 6 (or was it 7?) different countries. I’m discreet, calm and open. Oh and…. a Single Gay Man if that matters.
