Active professional looking for weekday residence

Hi! I’m Katie, an architectural assistant from Newcastle upon Tyne, looking to relocate to York for work, ideally close to the station.

I am tidy, easy-going, active, creative, and friendly. I would happily help out with collective cleaning, cooking or gardening in the week. I have a good knowledge of both interior and garden design. I’d be looking to join a local gym also, and would love to go together with housemate(s) if interested.

I would expect to be away most weekends, and working from the office in the week. As I will be completely new to York, I would expect to spend a few nights exploring / eating out / drawing local architecture, should housemates want to join for relaxed social evenings.
