Looking for a room with friendly flatmates

Hi my names Akwa and I'm a 36 year old project management apprentice, so I'm currently balancing a full time job along with studying.

I'm looking for a flat with easy links to Bishops gate, I would prefer to share a bathroom with no more than one other person. An ensuite is preferable. I'm easy going and personable, and get animated when talking about the things I love. I don't have any pets (the cat in the pictures is my sisters who I cat-sit for when she's travelling), but I love all animals. Having grown up around cats if you have a cat that's a bonus.

I have a lot of loves, my family (some of who live in Birmingham), board games, reading and movies being some of them. I'm also an excellent plus one for escape rooms and escape games... #humblebrag. I'm trying to eat healthier and exercise more. So would love to have a gym buddy if you're into that!

Otherwise I respect people's personal boundaries and am ok to have as much or as little contact as people are comfortable. My partying days are more behind me than ahead, after all I do have studying to do :), but I'm convinced that board-game dinner parties are the future so happy to convince you too!
