🏡 Looking for a Friendly spareroom in London

Hi future housemates!

I'm Eric, a 29-year-old architect working full-time in Central London. My schedule is hybrid, so I’m in the office from Monday to Wednesday and work from home on Thursdays and Fridays. I’m currently on the hunt for a cozy and friendly house share on the east side of London, ideally with good public transport links to Oxford Street. My budget is £900-1050.

I'm looking for a clean and tidy home shared with considerate housemates who also clean up after themselves. Ideally, the property would have no more than four rooms, and I'd love to live with like-minded professionals. I’m hoping for a relaxed and sociable atmosphere where we can occasionally catch up after work whether it’s over a glass of wine, a pint at the local pub, or a home-cooked meal on the weekends. At the same time, I value respecting each other’s personal space and independence, so it’s important that we can enjoy a good balance of shared social moments and our own social lives. A well-lit space for my work-from-home days would be a huge plus!
