Looking for a buddy up :)

Hi! I’m Liv, I’m 24 and I work full-time just outside Manchester city centre. 😊 I WFH two days a week and am out in the office the other three.

I’m looking to buddy up with another girl to find a lovely two-bedroom flat together. I’d ideally love somewhere around Salford, such as The Quays or near Regent Road, as it’s closer to work for me, but I’d also be happy anywhere in West Manchester, including Deansgate or Castlefield. 🏡

I’ve always lived in house and flat shares, and I’m looking for a new place as my current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend. I’d love to find someone who’s not just a flatmate but also a friend. I enjoy going out for cocktails, trying new restaurants and exploring Manchester, but I’m just as happy with a cosy night in, reading, planning my next trip, or having a cheeky wander around the shops with a matcha. :)

I’m tidy, always leave shared spaces as I find them, and I’m considerate of other people’s space. I’d love to live with someone who’s equally respectful and likes to keep the flat clean and homely!

I’m looking for:

* A double bedroom
* A parking space, as I drive to work 🚗

My budget is around £750 per month before bills, with a little flexibility for the right place. Ideally I’d like to move in mid September, but I can be flexible if needed.

I’d prefer to buddy up and find somewhere together rather than move into an existing spare room, although I’d still consider both for the right fit. 😊
