I’m moving from Edinburgh to Leeds this autumn to start my Master’s degree, and I’m looking for a friendly and relaxed place to call home.

• About Me
I’m a 29-year-old professional from Japan. Before coming to the UK, I worked in financial sales for over two years. For the past 1.5 years, I’ve been living and working in Edinburgh on a Working Holiday visa, so I’m very well-adjusted to life and flat-sharing in the UK!

• Lifestyle & Personality
I’m a sociable and easy-going person who values a clean and tidy living environment. Having lived in shared flats in Edinburgh, I fully understand the importance of respecting personal space, keeping common areas spotless, and being mindful of house rules. I’m always up for a chat over tea or a meal, but I also appreciate quiet time for my studies.

• Hobbies
In my free time, I love cooking (I make a mean Japanese meal!), watching films, and exploring new cities. I’m looking forward to discovering all the hidden gems in Leeds!

• Practical Info
As I’m transitioning from full-time work to postgraduate study, I have my finances in order and can provide references from my previous landlord in Edinburgh if needed.

• Move-in Date
I’m planning to move to Leeds between late July and late August. I can be flexible with the move-in date for the right room, so please let me know what works best for you!
