2 flatmates looking for third

Hi, we’re looking for a 3rd flatmate to live in zone 1 north/east London!

Sophia and I have lived in a 3-person flat for almost a year now, however our third flatmate is unfortunately moving out of London in March when our lease ends (we’ll miss you Ronan🤞)

We have the option to renew our current lease (N1, £1250/month) our seek out a new place in March. Open to either option, just looking for a cool flatmate to join us.

About us:

We were originally random housemates and have since become good friends. Both of us are outgoing and tidy with plenty of experience living with housemates. We each like to go out most weekends, hitting pubs or exploring other nightlife with the occasional night spent in, wherever the night takes us.

Sophia (Greek) is a DJ, producer, and manager at a pub who’s been living in the UK for 7 years and London for 3.

I (American) am an event director who moved to London a year and a half ago for work. Im into fitness and love to travel (trying to hit as many cities as I can this year). I work in aldgate so transit links are pretty important to me when choosing a spot.

You’re probably a good fit if you’re:

- Outgoing and friendly, open to nights out with the flat every now and then
- Tidy and easy going
- Also a young professional
- New to London or not, we don’t care!! (Just have good vibes)
