Buddy up/ double room to rent

I'm a graphic designer already working and living in Dundee. I'm in a monthly rolling contract with my current tenancy so i'm pretty flexible with a move in date.

I'd like my next flat to feel more homey and have a friendly relationship with my flatmate(s) and spend some time together sometimes, but I do enjoy my own space at times and respect that of others.

I'm friendly, relaxed and sociable but not a party animal. I like to live in a clean and tidy space but not pedantic. I like art, music, travel and would like to do more activities - i'm pretty up for anything!

I currently live in a studio so I have some furniture and kitchenware. Happy to share as long as they're looked after, it would be ideal to not have to put them in storage but not a deal breaker.

I like living in the west end so ideally looking for a flat in this area/ central but again not a deal breaker for the right flatshare.
