Looking for a room

Hello I am a 25 year old man looking for a long term new flat/room in leith due to my current landlord selling the proper. Looking for budget around £750 that’s not a super hard line and I work full time in hospo. My interests are in film and music and I enjoy playing music and I also go running and do boxing. Pretty chill all round and of course completely respectful of shared areas and sharing responsibility for tidiness and cleanliness. I can look outside of leith as long as the property is within close proximity to the tram line. Also looking for a double room with a little bit of space if possible. Thanks :)
