High Heaton Modern 2 BR to Share

Hello!

I've signed a lease to a lovely flat in High Heaton - 2 BR, nice garden, bathroom with bath/shower, large communal living room with smallish kitchen but it's going to be a creatively decorated and furnished home when I move in this weekend - am so excited!

I'm looking for a flatmate to rent the 2nd room which will be furnished and decorated to be warm and colourful, and overlooks the back garden with lots of light.

Then if you want, you'll have the company of my dog Ailm - 2 1/2, very sociable and everyone loves him :) He's fully house trained too. I work from home mostly, with regular work trips to London, so I like to get out and about alot for the usual socialising /gym as well as of course walkies with Ailm, especially at the beach. You will be more than welcome to enjoy walkies and cuddles (with Ailm lol), but no worries if not.

I'd love to share with someone who likes abit of craic /chat but privacy too, maybe share cooking nights in and nights oot on the Toon! (But its not a party flat unfortunately, more dinner parties and would prefer mature professionals/students who enjoy life :) ).
