Want a flatmate, but don't want a flatmate??

Hi,

I've just moved to Scotland from Cambridge and I'm starting a new job STEM job in Edinburgh.. I'm looking for a small cheap room in the north of the city mostly staying Sunday to Thursday.

It's a hybrid work position, so most weeks I will only be there for 2-3 nights a week, but occasionally some full work weeks may be required. Mostly, I'll be out of the way working even when at home.

I won't be going out drinking or bringing people back to the house, I'll be either working or killing time listening to music (on headphones!) waiting to get back to my family the rest of the week.

I don't smoke but I do vape! I don't mind pets, smoking, etc and I'm pretty flexible.
