Kindness exchange

Looking for a win/ win kindness exchange - Strange request but this has worked for me several times on this site before.

(Householders only - no HMO’s/ transient housemates)

I was left with nothing after my divorce almost ten years ago. I have since rented (paid), volunteered in a residential capacity and rented in a kindness credit arrangement offering housekeeping or companionship in exchange for a room. I will not claim benefits!

I am a bit of a nomad and am happy to be in any location in the Uk. In the last five years I have lived in Southampton, Leamington Spa, Hereford and South Lakes…..in kindness exchanges.

I am quiet, easy going, organised and tidy. I am equally happy in company or solitude and I tend to be a home bird so other than heading out for a coffee I would be around to house sit, cat sit, dog sit or be a companion to an elderly relative, etc.

I practice Buddhism and am vegetarian with a GF and LF diet & I am interested in pyramid power, water consciousness, meditation, earthing and spirituality.

I am a qualified psychotherapist and have worked privately and within the NHS. I specialised in treating trauma and experienced burn out so I am looking to diversify in the field of healing. That said I am looking to work from home but temporarily I may need to seek something part-time to keep me going as I set up something new.

My preferences are to have a room to myself with access to a private bathroom, a separate seating area and kitchen facilities.

I am currently in Australia because my daughter has just given birth and won’t be back in the UK until mid November, therefore I am looking for a room starting December.
