I am looking for a spare room to rent! :)

Hello :)

Lets start by getting the formalities out of the way. My name is Lucianna, I am 21 and I have just recently finished my BSc degree in Criminology.

The reason I am on spare room is because I currently do not have any where to live, since leaving university. I have actively been searching for full time employment but in this current job market it has been very hard. I was hoping to have got a job and have moved in somewhere by now, but unfortunately this has not been my case. (I do have a job but it is a zero hour contract)

I am a clean, driven and fun person, who loves animals and reading books. I’m organized, reliable, and always respectful of shared spaces, making sure everything stays tidy. Personality-wise, I’m easy-going, considerate, and value a peaceful home environment, though I’m also happy to chat and hang out when it suits us both. I don’t smoke, and I’m mindful of noise, especially late at night. I believe that communication is key in any house share situation, and I’m more than happy to discuss any house rules or expectations to make sure we’re both comfortable.
