Comfortable and safe spare room required

I am currently going through an amicable separation with my wife and need to vacate the family home to give us the space to resolve things. I have 3 teenagers at the family home which I would like to be close to and available for. I work full time as a delivery driver and a market trader at weekends so I will be out first thing in the mornings and home early evening most days. I have a works van which I need somewhere to park where it doesn't cause a disruption. I am looking for a comfortable, quiet and safe room in a home with facilities. This is because at present I am not in a position to rent a house myself and only require a private room. I am not keen on living with lots of people, I prefer a room in someone's home. I am sociable, friendly, good humoured, respectful and a dog lover. I am a non smoker, I do not drink heavily, take drugs or involve myself in any anti social behaviour. I would be spending my time going out to work, visiting the family home to walk the dogs we have and see my sons and daughter. It would be perfect to live with a couple who rent out their spare room and I don't mind any pets. I love to meet new people. I am looking for something 6 months initially, with a view to extending my stay depending on circumstances with my marriage.
