Looking for accommodation

Hi, I'm a friendly recent graduate moving to Leeds to start a new job. I enjoy climbing, board games and a couple of pints down the pub, but not a huge party person. I'm looking for accommodation that's relatively clean and within walking distance of the train station and Wellington Street. With a room that isn't too noisy late at night. I need the contract to last about 7 months, but likely longer.
