Needing a safe, easy going space

Hi I am looking for a relaxed, warm, safe space to live. I am a writer who at present does care work also, so sometimes away for a few weeks at a time. I am also an EFT practitioner (which is the tapping therapy) Ideally looking for a self contained annex, small houseshare. I trained in European Theatre. I am very experienced in communal living and enjoy being in a clean, tidy well loved place. I meditate and dance. Also do yoga (if I can be bothered!) I enjoy the odd glass of wine but don't like to be around drunk people. My ideal housemates would be respectful, relaxed, self aware and generally happy. An Advita approach to life is a plus. I am an occasional smoker but only ever outdoors, i have no preference what others do but don't want to live in a home where people smoke inside. I would prefer a home with flatmates that are long term. I get on with all ages so please don't let my huge age put you off! I'm definitely not an old fogey.. (or however you spell it)
