I'm looking for a studio flat or an en-suite ...

I'm looking for a studio flat or an en-suite room for a long-term stay. Currently able to move in some time in January as my notice period is 2 months. For the curious, my current flatmate of 3 years recently got married and her husband will be moving in some time next year, our 2-bed flat will become a family home with their son.

The ideal flatmate is a considerate, kind, respectful, tidy and sociable person that also understands/appreciates their personal space.

Though I am generally introverted in that, I normally 'recharge' in my own space (typically in the comfort of my room, a café or in nature), I am also very sociable and enjoy a good/fun/sensible conversation. I am Austrian by nationality and Filipino by ethnicity, living in London for 14 years now. I am well connected with friends from all walks of life and have much respect for diversity.

As a tenant/flatmate, I am trustworthy, considerate, tidy and respectful of the place I live in and people I live with. I like to cook but tend to meal prep during the weekends or when I work from home (twice a week) rather than cook every day, as work can be busy. I like to share my cooking also, so if you're keen to try authentic Filipino cuisine, you won't need to find a restaurant :)

I am very easy going, and will relate to you based on what you invite me to and in accordance with the boundaries you set.
