Looking to buddy up for a flat

I am creative / friendly / neurodivergent. I work in a library and also make music (but don't practice at home).

I want a Siberian cat in my life, but my current flat isn't suitable so looking to start a new share. I am not in a rush though, and want to find the right people and property.

Ideally looking to share with people over 30 who are considerate and responsible (shared spaces kept reasonably clean, noise levels respected, housework shared fairly (or open to splitting the cost of a cleaner), contributions to household items or a monthly kitty, and bills paid on time.
