Looking to buddy up for a flat

Hi there

Currently looking to buddy up or join a house share as my landlady is unable to have a HMO anymore.

I am friendly, creative and considerate. I work in a library (including every weekend) and also make music (but have a practice space elsewhere so noise wouldn't be an issue).

I enjoy a chat over a cup of tea and I’m always open to new friends but also often busy doing my own thing and respect other peoples space.

Ideally looking to share with people over 30 who are considerate and responsible (ie. paying bills on time / keeping communal areas clean / respectful of noise levels). No live in landlords please.

areas I'm interested in are - Cricklewood / Hendon / West Hampstead / St Johns Wood / Maida Vale / South Hampstead / Queens Park / Kensal Rise / Brondesbury / Golders Green
