Musician seeking bigger space

Hi there, my name is Iain, and I’m a musician based in Hackney.

I’m looking for a new place as my current digs are starting to get a bit small and not fit for my use. I spend a fair bit of time at home producing/writing music so living with other musicians would be amazing but generally people who don’t mind some noise coming from behind a door and enjoy a good chat while cooking will be awesome as well.

I do t generally bring people back to party all that often but am fine people who do. I also don’t smoke but am also fine with people who do. Good with kids and pets and love to collaborate in different projects as well.

I have stated my budget is £500 (inc bills….) a month as I’ve been super lucked with where I’m at rent wise at the moment so to continue paying the same amount (£460 + billls or less) would be amazing although I get that this is a bit of a long shot these days so am open to higher budgets also.
