Hi. I am looking for a double bedroom house/flat share (preferably with en-suite), a studio apartment or a 1 bed apartment.

I consider myself a calm, relaxed, clean & tidy person, capable of relating to most people, coupled with (what I consider) good humour, banter and positivity.

I worked in Finance (Government Bonds) in London, Paris and Frankfurt, later moving into IT/Intranet consultancy.

Recently, however, life has not been quite so kind - spending 3 months in hospital to have 3 vertebrae replaced with a cage! But I’m very much on the mend and walk unaided! (No accessibility requirements or anything like that).

I am not currently working but spend a lot of time outside. I receive Universal Credit, will have Housing paid (can be paid directly to owner/agent) and have my deposit and first months rent available.

Should it be required I can provide a guarantor. My brother and elderly mother live in Camberley so I have local contacts and support (both ways!).

House/flat mate? Easy-going, tidy (but not OCD). Happy to chat, happy to have their own time and space.
