Looking for a flat round about Dec/Jan 2025 time

I’m a young professional currently working in Edinburgh already but would now like to live there.
(There’s no real time constraint, would be looking for around December/January time but anytime after that wouldn’t bother me either).

Budget is round about £750 and would be looking for a double room that I could make feel like home.

I’m like most people on these ads: pretty social, keen to make friends/genuine connections with new flatmates and have movie nights, pub nights and dinners together sometimes. But also appreciate my alone time too.

I’ve stayed with flatmates for 4 years while at uni a couple years ago, so well versed in understanding the dynamics of a flat; e. g. cleaning, washing etc.
