27 year old female & cat looking for a home.

Hi there! My names Amber, I'm 27 and myself and my cat Delphi are looking for a home. (6 months minimum but would prefer longer term, 12 months+)
I am ideally looking for my own place, 1 main bedroom or a studio/annex, with a small courtyard or garden, or access to a local park nearby is essential as Delphi loves to spend all day outdoors. It is very hard to find a 1 bed with garden access so I would love to hear if you have a room to rent, and get along with both myself and Delphi. I'm a big homebody and love to make a house a home, be cosy and create a very safe space. It is essential to me to really get along with/feel at peace with a housemate but also people that appreciate their own space too! I can be shy and quiet at first, but I'm incredibly clean, kind and polite. I am very honest and upfront and have amazing references from past landlords/housemates. (I am also a smoker, although I am always trying to cut down/quit, so an outside space for that is handy too.)
