Description
We’re two friends looking for a place in Manchester, ideally with good transport links as our jobs depend on them
We’re looking for a December move in, ideally mid December but will move in early December if the place is perfect for us! This is due to tenancy agreements.
Please find information about us both below!
Shan
Hey hey!!
I'm Shan, I'm a teacher so practically live, brethe and work education 😌 I'm up for being social, but also more than happy when we're ‘people'd out' and need our own space, when it all gets a bit too much.
I work, on average 8-5 ish
When I do have free time I love exploring the city (I lived here for two years and couldn't afford half the fancy places I wanted to, now I can! Lets go to them!) I also love video games, and reading, which is how I de-stress. I want to be more active but would need the extra shove to motivate me
Pros:
We can have a book club if you're interested in reading 😌
I have teacher discounts 👀 they're not that good but hey 🤷♀️ we can use them together for the flat
Cons:
I'm new to my job so still finding my feet, which means I may never shut up about work 😌 but I'd hope we could talk about our days and rant to decompress!
Arthur
Hey,
I'm Arthur, I'm a 22 year old (almost 23!!) Box Office Assistant at the Palace Theatre and Opera house. I'm looking for flatmates that enjoy a cozy night in playing board games or watching a couple of films together. ☺️
I mostly work evenings and weekends, my shifts can sometimes be varied but overall I love my job. Perks of having me as a housemate is that I get discounts and sometimes free tickets to shows on at the theatres. 👀
Outside of work I love film, reading, playing videogames or DND and am a sucker for a theme night at Deaf Institute or Cannal Street. I take letterbox a little too seriously and have 125 films logged this year alone (probably have more logged after you've read this 😅), but having the Odeon cinema pass helps with that.
Can't wait to meet new people and get settled into a place I can really call home.
