30+ Non-smoking female seeks double room

I’m Cyd, a 30+ single woman, born and bred Londoner and business owner (of 15 years) who works from home on a hybrid basis. I’m a non-smoker without pets or dependents.

I have a healthy respect and awareness for recognising when people are open to company or need space and time to themselves. I enjoy living with others who are clean, friendly, respectful of personal space and boundaries. LBTQIA+ friendly.

I’m interested in arts, entertainment, business, culture and travel - I find that like minded people are usually a vibe.

I’m currently temporarily based in SE London after a year of digital nomad travelling. I’m open to London (East, South East, North, South West and The City), but would also consider Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester or one of the Shires.

I would like to move on 1st December but have a little flexibility either side.

I’m looking for a double room, and my budget is inclusive of bills

In an ideal world:

- A furnished or semi-furnished room with an ensuite or private bathroom

- Access to a gas cooker

- Space for a desk in the room (can bring my own if one isn’t provided)

Dealbreakers:

- Dogs (Cats are fine)

- No communal space
