My name is Dr Naveen Bose, and I am currently working as a doctor in Kingston, London. I will be continuing my work at King’s College Hospital from September/October 2026 for a further one-year, and I am now looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained property to move into from July 2026 onwards.
I am ideally looking for:
• A furnished double room
• Preferably an en-suite
• Quiet, clean, and respectful household
• Good transport links to Central London
About me:
• NHS doctor with stable full-time employment
• Annual income over £60,000
• Quiet, tidy, respectful, and easy-going tenant
• Non-smoker
• Valid Enhanced DBS available
• Employment and landlord references can be provided upon request
Due to the current Renters’ Rights legislation and my existing tenancy agreement, I have a two-month notice period. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate some flexibility and time to organise my move and complete the transition smoothly.
Because of my work schedule, I spend most of my time either at the hospital, studying, visiting my partner in Coventry or away during off days, so I tend to be a very low-maintenance and considerate tenant.
