Looking for friendly share in SE/E

Hello!

I’m Jack. I’m looking for a double room in SE/E. Move out date on my current place is Dec 4th, so anytime from now would work.

I’m a designer/animator working in the music industry. Currently working from home, though would likely be seeking to rent a studio separately from the house/flat (bedroom size dependent!).

Hobbies and interests include reading, cooking, F1, film, keeping a tidy/clean space, putting the world to rights over a pint.

I also have a decent record collection, so can contribute that towards the house!

After a friendly house-share that enjoys a good mix of staying in/going out, whether that be indulging in some trash TV/B movies, pub trips (with quizzes), going to gigs etc. Also happy to keep to myself if that's your thing ;).
