Finance professional looking for long term

Hi, I am working in a bank looking for a room in a shared flat from Jan 21st. Originally hailing from India, I moved here from Poland after 4y. I am fairly responsible, accommodative, organised and tidy, respectful of others' spaces. I don't drink/smoke/party, not much into cooking. I expect to wfh 3 days, mostly from my bed. I like to socialise as well as my own space. I perform Improv & standup comedy as a hobby and remain outdoors after work till latenights.
I am looking for a house near tube station <10 min, with a cooperative atmosphere, a good enough space, wardrobe & flexibility to invite guests (nothing regular & no disturbances). I am looking to be here for a long term.
