Working Professional Looking To Rent

Hello, my name is Matt, I’m 43 years old and single. I am an electrician by trade and work in the construction industry. I own a property in New Haw where my ex partner and our 3 children live, we have been separated for 6 years now and remain on very good terms. I often look after my 9 year old son Oscar at weekends.
I am honest, extremely clean and tidy. My current landlord is moving and has asked me to find alternative accommodation. He will be very happy to provide a very good reference.
I am looking for a large double room or studio apartment where I can install my TV. I am ready to move soon but willing to wait if necessary, my budget is £1200 pcm for a studio apartment or £850 for a large double room or self contained room with amenities.
