Friendly English man looking for annex.

I am a 30 year old male, and am ideally looking for an annex for me and my dog to move into, I am a plumbing and heating engineer myself and enjoy the peace and quiet kind of life, I have a 4 year old blue staffy who is friendly, doesn’t bark and an all round amazing dog and very well trained.

I have lived alone the past 3 years in two locations and have always made a nice home of my houses, and being a tradesman the property is always safe with me there.

I work full time Monday-Friday, and spend my weekends on hikes or visiting family.
