I am a working professional who works shifts for London underground, I also have my young daughter(4 years old) 1-2 nights a week.
We are both respectful and we are both used to living out of 1 room as she loves using her little camp bed when she is with me, very tidy and my current landlady has said she doesn't even realise when I'm in as it's quite.
I am handy at fixing most things around the house/gardens.
