Urgently Need Studio Or 1 Bed Flat No/Low Deposit

Hey there, I'm urgently looking for ideally a short term or long term studio or 1 bedroom property with either a balcony or access to a garden or some sort of outside area. Free parking is really important or free on steet parking is fine, WiFi, furnished ideally but its not essential. Washing machine & would be nice if the bills are included. But most importantly there's either zero deposit or as low deposit/move in costs as poss please or the option to pay extra each month on top the rent until the deposits paid! Ideally it's own private entrance would be perfect!! I'm currently registered disabled, but no mobility issues as such so I don't need a property that's been adapted in any way! I do receive PIP/Housing Benefit to help with the costs of my rent & it also gets paid directly to the landlord/landlord every 4 weeks making this 13 payments a year. I'm able to afford a couple of hundred on top of the £450-£500 per month so my monthly budget is around £600-£650 per month. I can afford today (4/10/24) around £100 deposit if its needed. Can be more in a week or 2s time! But can discuss this with you in more detail. I am studying a home diploma in CBT Cognitive Behavioural Therapy course so WiFi is essential.
I'm a young 45 year old mother of a 21 year old daughter who lives full-time at university where shes studying to be a nurse in Manchester. I'm a very polite respectful lady & will take great care of your home as though it was my own! I'm wanting a fresh start in Nottingham as I'm currently living in Staffordshire West Midlands.
