Female 27/yo civil servant seeking room in SE

Hi! I’m Kyra (she/her), 27 yo civil servant working on education policy. I usually work in the office 3 days a week and WFH the remaining two. I’m an avid climber and I play the guitar (at respectable times of day!). I’m also vegan and queer so would need to live with people who are respectful of both those things 🌈🌿

I have a good network of friends and hobbies so socially independent, but it is important to me to get to know my flatmates (for example the odd shared dinner or pub trip, meeting each other’s friends). This is because I find living communally is much nicer when we feel comfortable around each other! A clean environment is also important, so would be in favour of a rota or paying for a cleaner.

Looking for something anytime from Dec 1st, ideally around the Brixton, Peckham or New Cross areas (AKA those sweet spots where I have easy access to both work and a roped climbing gym). Max budget is £1000 including bills, but ideally less.

Room should be big enough for a double bed and also desk, unless there is a dedicated WFH space that I could use elsewhere in the flat. En-suite or outdoor space is a big bonus!
