Hi I am Peter and I am looking for a house share, I have been residing in Braintree for almost three years and when my tenancy finished and I had a brief spell in a hotel before getting a semi-temporary flat. I joined this site because it seemed like a good hub to connect not just as a co- tenant but as mates too. Having said that, we all need our own space, and I am dually amenable to respect a flatmates need for alone time, which we all need from time to time. I don't mind about the gender or the pronoun preference, every body is different. I myself am gender neutral and I dress for both genders and wear whatever i desire, I've always been like that. Any, I love meeting new people and socialise well🏳️‍🌈 but that does not mean every night is a party nighty, I want the joint tenancy to be a shared home, not just a practicality.
