Young professional and cat looking for home

Hi! I'm Julia (24) and my cat is called Bean (1, Female)
I recently split from my long term partner so I'm looking for housing ASAP

I would need the property to be friendly to pets, as I don't want to be split up from my little Bean.
I would also need the landlord to be ok with me not having a guarantor, as I am Dutch originally (pre-settled, working on settled) and have no UK homeowners I can ask to be a guarantor.
for the rest I'm pretty flexible!

A little bit more about me: I love makeup, fashion, crochet, knitting, reading, video games, and I collect records. I currently work as a sales assistant in town part time, but am looking at more full time jobs.
I'd like to say I'm a pretty good housemate: I'm tidy and enjoy cleaning, I'm sociable and like to hang out but also enjoy my own space from time to time.
I'm also vegetarian, and have quit smoking and drinking 4 months ago :)

Happy to pay a deposit and first months rent obviously!
