Looking for a room in hull

im looking for a room to rent in hull. im wanting to relocate from grimsby and start fresh now my children have moved out. im currently on uc so must accept housing benefit untill I find work which shouldnt be a problem as im a chef. id prefare onsuite but will consider no onsuite. Very clean tentent, can get reference from landlord and prove rent payments. unfortunately dont have a guarantor which seems the problem but I can assure you im a good tenant.
