I'm a student moving out from my current place and would love to have a place to stay within my budget.

I usually keep to myself but am not shy about meeting new people and socializing. I love football and cooking so my weekends are usually footy and food, if I'm not working or meeting friends.

I'm clean and tidy, easy-going, respectful, and will get along well with people.

Requirements:
* Single or double room
* Budget- £500-550pcm
* Preferred area- Greater and South West London
* Essential amenities- kitchen access, Wifi, and a relaxed atmosphere
