Looking for a room in London for start of January

I'm 25, originally from Ireland and I have spent the last 4-5 years living in Edinburgh where I went to University and started working as a Quantity Surveyor. I have just got a new job in London so I'm looking for a flat / potential roommate for the start of January.

My budget is £1,100 inc bills and my office is in Fitzrovia so ideally looking for somewhere that has a commute no longer than 30 mins. Outside of work I’m big into running, the gym, music, and reading.
