English teacher seeking peaceful shared home

I’m an English teacher running my own online tuition business, looking for a peaceful, furnished double room in west or south-west London, ideally with bills included and within easy walking distance of a tube station and a gym.

I work from home most days, including weekends, and am looking for a household where this is comfortable and normalised. I’m very considerate of shared spaces, tend to work quietly from my room, and value a calm, respectful home environment.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, writing, theatre, museums, long walks, and the gym. I’m friendly and open to occasional shared meals or chats, but I also value downtime and personal space. I’m tidy, reliable, and treat a home with care.

I’m vegetarian and would appreciate living in a household where that’s respected. I’m seeking a longer-term arrangement in a settled, adult home with reliable internet and good communication.
