Seeking a one bed for 6-12 months

Hi there, I’m Hattie and I’m currently flat hunting for myself and my boyfriend Alex. Looking for a one-bedroom, not a house share.

Currently we live together, in a 2 bed flat in Shoreditch that I was renting before we met so we have a flatmate.

We’re looking for a one bed to rent for 6-12 months to give us our own space without a flatmate - ultimately we’re looking to buy together, but know that it will take quite some time to find something we like and go through all the legals so around a year of renting is what we’re after.
To give you a bit more info about us, I’m an associate director at a PR agency and Alex is an asset manager for the City of London’s property investment fund. Non smokers, no pets, both very houseproud and in our early 30s. We’re flexible on moving date between the end of November and Christmas, I need to find someone to swap into my existing lease here but my landlord has already agreed to that subject to their references.
